   PHONE: there are two separated boxes. The first one is area code. Fill 305. After that you have to fill phone no. Type any 7 random numbers.
7. Select the none option and click continue, and it’s done.

That’s how you hack your way into a totally FREE iTunes account without a Credit Card !
